Strengthsfinder 2.0

I love the strengths movement in psychology. I'm completely on board with the idea that capitalizing on your strengths is better path to happiness (or success or optimal performance) than spending tons of energy on overcoming your weaknesses.

At any rate, I just took the new Strengthsfinder 2.0 assessment (www.strengthsfinder.com - you have to buy the book to get a passcode). I'd already taken the first version a few years ago, so I was interested to see how the results would compare.

Strengthsfinder 2.0 results:
Intellection
Empathy
Input
Learner
Connectedness

Strengthsfinder 1.0 results:
Input
Intellection
Connectedness
Ideation
Learner

So, as the full report results said, now I have to actually do something with this information.
