From internal and external brand research to employee coaching to content creation, for two years I've been helping TelSpan tell their story of leveraging technology to enable their clients to exchange important messages.

I wrote and posted releases with PRNewswire when they forged an important new partnership and made a critical addition to their leadership. As part of helping develop their brand, I write and edit customer and association communications. I am also part of their marketing team and am assisting in managing the development of a new website and implementation of the content marketing system.
